PECO is holding a second solicitation under DSP IV to procure full requirements service for two classes of customers: the residential class and the small commercial class. The Bid Date is Tuesday, September 26, 2017.
The Independent Evaluator has posted the following documentation to the Supplier Information / Documents page:
- Relevant documents for the September 2017 Solicitation, including the RFP Rules, Qualification requirements, and Uniform SMA
- Pre-Bid and Post-Bid Letters of Credit
- Modifications to the Pre-Bid and Post-Bid Letters of Credit that were previously accepted to use on an optional basis
To submit bids in this solicitation, a supplier must present its qualifications through the submission of a Part 1 Proposal by 12 PM (noon) EST on September 12, 2017.
