The training session initially scheduled for today, Wednesday, March 7, 2018 has been rescheduled for Thursday, March 8, 2018 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM EPT due to winter storm warnings. During the session you will be able to practice all aspects of the bid submission procedure that you will use on the Bid Date, March 14, 2018.
Please note that the Independent Evaluator is deploying a NEW secure file interface and the steps for bid submissions have changed. All participants are encouraged to take part in this training session.
Please consult the Bid Form Guide and please have on hand the Bid Form and Confidential Information for Bidder Training during the training session. These materials were provided to you on Thursday, March 1, 2018 in your Part 1 Notification. Please contact the Independent Evaluator to schedule a new date and time for training if you are unavailable to participate on March 8 from 1:30PM to 3:30PM EPT.
