ARCHIVED AND NO LONGER RELEVANTFebruary 28, 2020: Part 2 Window is Open!; POSTING: Final List of Acceptable Modifications to the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit, Post-Bid Letter of Credit, and Standard Guaranty
An RFP Bidder that submitted a successful Part 1 Proposal for PECO’s March 2020 Solicitation under DSP IV may submit a Part 2 Proposal. All Part 2 Proposals must be received by the Independent Evaluator by 12PM (noon) EPT on Thursday, March 5, 2020, the “Part 2 Date”.
The Part 2 Form is available to be completed online and is now accessible. In addition to completing the form, the hard copy of the executed Pre-Bid Letter of Credit must be sent by overnight delivery service to the Independent Evaluator’s office at the address below.
