ARCHIVED AND NO LONGER RELEVANTAugust 29, 2011: Part 1 Deadline Extended to August 31, 2011
Due to the effects of Hurricane Irene, The due date for Part 1 Proposals has been extended one day until August 31, 2011. All Part 1 Proposals sent for delivery before noon on August 31 will be accepted. If a Part 1 Proposal is sent for delivery before noon on August 31, and due to courier delays is not delivered until September 1, such a Part 1 Proposal will still be accepted.
If you intend to submit a Part 1 Proposal and you expect that your proposal will not be sent until tomorrow, please contact the Independent Evaluator immediately by sending an email to pecoprocurement@nera.com to inform us that your Proposal is forthcoming. We will make every effort to accommodate hurricane-related delays.
All RFP Bidders are still encouraged to submit an electronic copy of the Part 1 Form at pecoprocurement@nera.com that the Independent Evaluator may use to provide a courtesy assessment before receipt of the hard copies. Proposed modifications to the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit and the Post-Bid Letter of Credit (available here) are also due with the Part 1 Proposal.
