The Bid Window for the PECO Fall 2011 Solicitation opens today, Monday, September 19, 2011 at 10:00 AM and closes at 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Prevailing Time.
All Bids must be submitted by the noon deadline to be considered. No late bids will be considered under any circumstances. Please refer to your Notification of Qualification for submission instructions.
