ARCHIVED AND NO LONGER RELEVANTOctober 04, 2011: Results of Fall 2011 Solicitation Released
As provided in the PUC’s directive dated October 12, 2010 (Docket No. M?2009?2082042), the Independent Evaluator will release, within fifteen (15) days of the close of the solicitation, the weighted average price as well as the percentage of load represented by each tranche for each product procured through this RFP. On September 21, 2011, the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission approved the results of the Fall 2011 Solicitation held on September 19, 2011. The Secretarial Letter is available here.
