December 07, 2011: FINAL REMINDER – Deadline for Submission of Part 1 Forms is TOMORROW

Part 1 Proposals must be received by 12PM (noon) TOMORROW, Thursday, December 8, 2011, the Part 1 Date. Late Part 1 Proposals will not be accepted under any circumstances. 

RFP Bidders respond to the qualification standards for the Full Requirements RFP by submitting the Part 1 Form and all documents required therein. Short and Standard Part 1 Forms for the Full Requirements RFP are available on the Supplier Information-Documents page. Previously qualified bidders received an Initial Status Notification informing them whether they are qualified to submit a Short Part 1 Form. 

All RFP Bidders are encouraged to submit an electronic copy of the Part 1 Form at pecoprocurement@nera.com that the Independent Evaluator may use to provide a courtesy assessment before receipt of the hard copies. Proposed modifications to the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit and the Post-Bid Letter of Credit (available here) are due with the Part 1 Proposal.
