As provided in the PUC’s directive dated October 12, 2010 (Docket No. M-2009-2082042), the Independent Evaluator will release, within fifteen (15) days of the close of the solicitation, the weighted average price as well as the percentage of load represented by each tranche for each product procured through this RFP. On January 20, 2012, the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission approved the results of the Winter 2012 Solicitation held on January 18, 2012. The Secretarial Letter is available here.
