ARCHIVED AND NO LONGER RELEVANTMay 06, 2009: PECO REMINDER: Modifications to Standard Guaranty Due Friday
Proposed modifications to the Standard Guaranty are due at noon (EST) this Friday, May 8, 2009. In order to propose modifications, you must clearly mark your changes in the Standard Guaranty documents and send them to IE@pecoprocurement.com. No late submissions will be accepted.
Prospective suppliers may request modifications to the Form of Guaranty that are non-material in nature, or that are advantageous to both PECO and the prospective supplier. Suppliers will be notified whether their proposed changes have been accepted by noon (EST) on Wednesday, May 13, 2009, and all accepted modifications will be posted in a document to the PECO Web site by 6:00 PM (EST) on Wednesday, May 13, 2009.
