The Part 2 Proposal Window for the Spring 2012 solicitation opens today, April 3, 2012. An RFP Bidder that received a Notification of Qualification may submit a Part 2 Proposal. The Part 2 Forms for the Block Energy RFP are available on the Supplier Information - Documents page of the website. The complete lists of acceptable modifications to the Pre-Bid and Post-Bid Letters of Credit have been posted to the Supplier Information – Documents page.
Part 2 Proposals for the Block Energy RFP are due by 12PM (noon) Eastern Standard Time on Tuesday, April 10, 2012, the Part 2 Date. Late Part 2 Proposals will not be accepted under any circumstances.
All materials, including the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit, must be sent to the following address:
