ARCHIVED AND NO LONGER RELEVANTMay 08, 2012: Results of Spring 2012 Solicitation Released
As provided in the PUC’s directive dated October 12, 2010 (Docket No. M-2009-20082042), the Independent Evaluator will release, within fifteen (15) days of the close of the solicitation, the weighted average price as well as the percentage of load represented by each tranche for each product procured through this RFP. On April 18, 2012, the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission approved the results of the Spring 2012 Solicitation held on April 16, 2012. The Secretarial Letter is available here.
