Documents for PECO’s Fall 2012 Block Energy RFP have been posted to the Supplier Information – Documents page of the PECO procurement website. 

 

These documents include updated RFP Rules to reflect new products available in this solicitation, Part 1 and Part 2 Forms, and various other appendices.  Previously Accepted Modifications to the Standard Form of Guaranty have been posted for the Fall 2012 RFP. 

 

Previously qualified RFP Bidders may participate in an abbreviated qualification process by using the Short Part 1 Form, while RFP Bidders who have not previously qualified must use the Standard Part 1 Form.  Part 1 Proposals are due by 12pm (noon) Tuesday, August 28, 2012.
