ARCHIVED AND NO LONGER RELEVANTNovember 06, 2012: Announcing the First Solicitation under PECO’s second Default Service Program
PECO’s second Default Service Program (DSP II) was approved by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission on October 12, 2012. PECO will hold a first solicitation under DSP II to procure full requirements service on a fixed-price basis for its residential and small commercial classes. The Bid Date will be December 12, 2012. Documents for submission of materials for qualification will be posted shortly to the RFP Web site www.pecoprocurement.com.
NERA Economic Consulting ("NERA") will serve as Independent Evaluator for PECO’s Default Service RFP. There will be a total of five (5) solicitations under DSP II, for the period June 1, 2013 through May 31, 2015 and for a portion of the requirements for the period June 1, 2015 through November 31, 2016.
