The Part 2 Proposal Window for the Spring 2009 solicitation opened today, Tuesday, June 2, 2009. An RFP Bidder that received a Notification of Qualification may submit a Part 2 Proposal. The Part 2 Forms for the Full Requirements RFP and the Block Energy RFP are available on the Supplier Information - Documents page.
Part 2 Proposals for the Full Requirements RFP and the Block Energy RFP are due by noon (Eastern Prevailing Time) on Tuesday, June 9, 2009, the Part 2 Date. Late Part 2 Proposals will not be accepted under any circumstances.
All materials, including the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit, must be sent to the following address:
