The bid submission window for the PECO September 2013 RFP opens TOMORROW, Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at 10AM and closes at 12PM (noon) Eastern Prevailing Time. All Bids must be submitted by the noon deadline to be considered.

Please check that you have these materials available for the submission of bids.
