ARCHIVED AND NO LONGER RELEVANTAugust 07, 2014: PECO DSP II: Part 1 Window Opens Tomorrow, August 8, 2014 POSTING! September 2014 Webcast Presentation
In order to qualify to submit Bids in the September 2014 Solicitation under PECO’s second Default Service Program (DSP II), a supplier must present its qualifications through the submission of a Part 1 Proposal. The Part 1 Window opens tomorrow and will close at noon EST on Monday, August 18, 2014. A Bidder that qualified in a previous solicitation under DSP II may use the Short Part 1 Form to submit the Part 1 Proposal. All other suppliers must submit their Part 1 Proposal using the Standard Part 1 Form. Late Part 1 Proposals will not be considered.
Both the Standard and Short Part 1 Forms are available on the Supplier Information / Documents page. Additionally, the Independent Evaluator has posted the Webcast presentation held on August 6, 2014 to this same page. Topics in the webcast included: the products available, the load caps, the terms of the Default Service Supply Master Agreement, the qualification process, and the comment process for the Letters of Credit.
On an optional basis, Part 2 Forms may be submitted during the Part 1 Window for early processing. This will allow the Officer of the RFP Bidder to make all representations of the Part 1 Form and the Part 2 Form at once. The Part 2 Form is also available on the Supplier Information / Documents page.
