ARCHIVED AND NO LONGER RELEVANTJanuary 07, 2015: Announcing the First Solicitation under PECO’s DSP III
The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (“PaPUC” or “Commission”) rendered a decision on PECO’s third Default Service Program (“DSP III”) in its Order dated December 4, 2014 (Docket No. P-2014-2409362). PECO is holding a first solicitation under DSP III to procure full requirements service for four classes of customers (residential, small commercial, medium commercial, as well as large commercial and industrial). The Bid Date is March 10, 2015. Documents for this first solicitation, such as the RFP Rules and credit documents, will be posted shortly to the RFP website www.pecoprocurement.com.
NERA Economic Consulting ("NERA") will serve as the Independent Evaluator. There will be a total of four (4) solicitations under DSP III, for the period June 1, 2015 through May 31, 2017 and for a portion of the requirements for the period June 1, 2017 through November 30, 2018.
