The March 2016 Solicitation will procure:
· full requirements service on a fixed-price basis for PECO’s residential (“RES”) and small commercial (“SC”) classes;
· full requirements service on a spot-price basis for the medium commercial (“MC”) class and the large commercial and industrial class (“LC&I”)
A supplier that bids on one or more tranches for the MC Class bids on the same number of tranches for the LC&I Class, and vice versa.
