ARCHIVED AND NO LONGER RELEVANTMarch 03, 2017: PECO RFP: Part 2 Window Open!
An RFP Bidder that submitted a successful Part 1 Proposal for PECO’s March 2017 solicitation under DSP IV may submit a Part 2 Proposal. All Part 2 Proposals must be received by the Independent Evaluator by 12PM (noon) EST on Thursday, March 9, 2017, the “Part 2 Date”. Late Part 2 Proposals will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The Part 2 Form is available to be completed online and is now accessible. In addition to completing the form, the hard copy of the executed Pre-Bid Letter of Credit must be sent by overnight delivery service to the Independent Evaluator’s office at the address below. The complete lists of acceptable modifications to the Pre-Bid and Post-Bid Letters of Credit and the Standard Guaranty are also posted to the Supplier Information – Documents page.
