The Independent Evaluator has posted a revised Pre-Bid Letter of Credit (Appendix 9 to the RFP Rules) to the Supplier Information Documents page of the procurement website. The previously posted version incorrectly used March 27, 2018 instead of March 27, 2019 as the earliest acceptable Expiration Date in Paragraph 1. Please download the updated Pre-Bid Letter of Credit dated 2/20/2019 with the correct date in Paragraph 1.
A revised version of the Acceptable Modifications to the Standard Pre-Bid Letter of Credit was also posted to correct for this typo.
