An RFP Bidder that submitted a successful Part 1 Proposal for PECO’s September 2022 Solicitation under DSP V may submit a Part 2 Proposal. All Part 2 Proposals must be received by the Independent Evaluator by 12PM (noon) EPT TOMORROW, September 22, 2022, the “Part 2 Date”.
The Part 2 Form is available to be completed online here. In addition to completing the form, the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit must be submitted as an electronic PDF file via electronic means to the Independent Evaluator at PECOProcurement@nera.com.
