ARCHIVED AND NO LONGER RELEVANTMay 11, 2010: PECO Spring 2010 Solicitation: Posting: Acceptable Modifications to the Letters of Credit
An updated document containing all approved modifications to the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit and the Performance Assurance Letter of Credit is now available on the Supplier Information – Documents page of the PECO website. All modifications to the Letters of Credit accepted by PECO for the benefit of a single RFP Bidder are available to all RFP Bidders on an optional basis. The acceptable modifications listed are deemed acceptable for both the Full Requirements RFP and the Block Energy RFP.
This updated document includes the modifications accepted during the review of Part 1 Proposals for the Spring 2010 Solicitation.
