An RFP Bidder that submitted a successful Part 1 Proposal for PECO’s September 2024 Solicitation under DSP V may submit a Part 2 Proposal. All Part 2 Proposals must be received by the Independent Evaluator by 12 PM (noon) EPT on Thursday, September 19, 2024.
The Part 2 Form is now available to be completed online here. In addition to completing the form, the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit must be submitted as an electronic PDF file via electronic means to the Independent Evaluator at PECOProcurement@nera.com.
