August 20, 2025: PECO RFP – POSTINGS: Bidder Information Webcast Materials and Data FAQ
The Independent Evaluator has posted the presentation and audio file from the Bidder Information Webcast held on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 to the Supplier Information – Documents page of the procurement website. The online Part 1 Form will be available starting on Thursday, August 28, 2025. Part 1 Proposals are due by 12 PM (noon) EPT on Tuesday, September 9, 2025. Additionally, a new FAQ (FAQ-56) related to the SC Hourly Load file has been posted to the Supplier Information – FAQs page of the RFP website. FAQ-56 is also pasted below for your convenience. A data description document is available in the Data Room with pertinent information for the historical data available. FAQs may be posted under the Data category on the FAQs page regarding errors or corrections to data posted.
FAQ-56: There is an increase in the hourly load data in April and May 2025 in the EGS Energy column for Rate Class - GS, Strata – 101 on tab ‘SC-GS Hourly Load’ in the file posted. Can you please confirm this data is correct?
The data provided in the EGS Energy and Total Energy columns for Rate Class - GS, Strata – 101 on tab ‘SC-GS Hourly Load’ is not correct from May 9, 2025 through May 31, 2025. The data from April 1, 2025 through May 8, 2025 is correct. Due to this error, the data provided in the EGS Energy and Total Energy columns for Small Commercial Group – Total on tab ‘SC Total Hourly Load’ is also not correct from May 9, 2025 through May 31, 2025.
The increase in the hourly load from May 9, 2025 through May 31, 2025 is related to a billing related system error for a single customer currently being served by an EGS. It is not possible to correct this data.
