An RFP Bidder that submitted a successful Part 1 Proposal for PECO’s September 2025 Solicitation under DSP VI may submit a Part 2 Proposal. All Part 2 Proposals must be received by the Independent Evaluator by 12 PM (noon) EPT TODAY, Thursday, September 18, 2025.
The Part 2 Form is available to be completed online here. In addition to completing the form, the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit must be submitted as an electronic PDF file via electronic means to the Independent Evaluator at PECOProcurement@nera.com.
In addition, the Independent Evaluator has posted the final list of acceptable modifications to the Performance Assurance (Post-Bid) Letter of Credit to the Documents page of the RFP Website.
