The bid submission window for the September 2025 Solicitation under PECO’s DSP VI opens TOMORROW, Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 10 AM and closes at 12 PM (noon) EPT. Bids must be submitted by the noon deadline to be considered.
Your Bid Form and Confidential Information for the Bid Date were provided to you with your Part 1 Notification on Thursday, September 11, 2025. Please check that you have the necessary materials to submit your Bid. If these materials have been misplaced or if the security of this information has been compromised, please contact the Independent Evaluator by email at PECOProcurement@nera.com IMMEDIATELY so that we may re-issue this information in advance of the bid window.

The Independent Evaluator will notify RFP Bidders of Bids that will be provided to the Commission as lowest-priced bids by 3:00 PM EPT on the Bid Date. The Independent Evaluator will provide notification by phone by 3:00PM EPT. The Independent Evaluator will endeavor to also provide written confirmation by 3:00PM EPT; however, it is possible that written confirmation will be provided after that time.
Additionally, the Independent Evaluator has posted new frequently asked questions to the Supplier Information – FAQs page on the RFP website. As further explained in FAQ-65, an updated version of the Uniform SMA has been posted to the Suppler Information – Documents page on the RFP website to add the new PJM billing line item for DOE 202C charges and credits to the table in Appendix D and to indicate that the Default Supplier is the responsible party (pages 108 and 111 of the pdf). No other changes have been made to the Uniform SMA that was previously posted on July 29, 2025.
