The first set of FAQs has been posted to the FAQs page. To submit a question to us, please use the Ask a Question page. The Independent Evaluator responds to a question by email directly to the questioner, and then the question and answer are posted to the Web site as an FAQ without identifying the questioner. FAQs will be posted weekly on Wednesdays (or more often if needed).
