Updated documents containing all approved modifications to the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit and the Performance Assurance Letter of Credit are now available on the Supplier Information – Documents page of the PECO website.  All modifications to the Letters of Credit accepted by PECO for the benefit of a single RFP Bidder are available to all RFP Bidders on an optional basis. The acceptable modifications listed are deemed acceptable for both the Full Requirements RFP and the Block Energy RFP. 

These updated documents include the modifications accepted during the review of Part 1 Proposals for the Fall 2010 Solicitation.  Please consult them before executing your Pre-Bid Letters of Credit; if a Pre-Bid Letter of Credit contains modifications to the standard form that are not in the list of acceptable modifications, it may be considered deficient.
