ARCHIVED AND NO LONGER RELEVANTSeptember 24, 2010: Commission Approves Early Release of Fall 2010 Solicitation Results
Today the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission approved PECO’s request to release the results of the Fall 2010 Solicitation on October 14, 2010. The full text of the order is available on the PUC Web site here.
As stated in the order, the text of Exhibit G of PECO’s approved Settlement Filing has been amended to include the text in italics:
“The information is released 30 days after the solicitation, or 21 days before the supply period starts, whichever comes earlier, except that fall 2010 procurement results may be released 21 days after the solicitation.”
