ARCHIVED AND NO LONGER RELEVANTAugust 23, 2011: REMINDER: Deadline for Submission of Part 1 Forms is August 30, 2011
The Part 1 Proposal Window for the Fall 2011 Solicitation opens today, August 23, 2011.
RFP Bidders respond to the qualification standards for the Full Requirements RFP and the Block Energy RFP by submitting the Part 1 Form and all documents required therein. Short and Standard Part 1 Forms for the Full Requirements RFP and the Block Energy RFP are available on the Supplier Information-Documents page. Previously qualified bidders received an Initial Status Notification informing them whether they are qualified to submit a Short Part 1 Form.
All RFP Bidders are encouraged to submit an electronic copy of the Part 1 Form at pecoprocurement@nera.com that the Independent Evaluator may use to provide a courtesy assessment before receipt of the hard copies. Proposed modifications to the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit and the Post-Bid Letter of Credit (available here) are due with the Part 1 Proposal.
