ARCHIVED AND NO LONGER RELEVANTNovember 26, 2012: RESCHEDULED: First Solicitation under PECO’s DSP II Starts This Week
On November 21, 2012, the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission issued an Order clarifying that PECO is to proceed with the first solicitation under its second Default Service Program (DSP II) before the end of the year. To comply with this Order, PECO will be conducting a November 2012 solicitation for full requirements service on a fixed-price basis for its residential and small commercial classes. The rescheduled Bid Date is December 18, 2012.
To submit bids in this solicitation, a supplier must present its qualifications through the submission of a Part 1 Proposal. The Part 1 Window opens Friday, November 30, 2012, and closes at noon EST on December 5, 2012.
