Today the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission ("PUC") approved the winning bids in the first solicitation under PECO’s second Default Service Program (“DSP II”).  Supply was procured for 27 full requirements tranches to serve the Residential Class for terms of six, twelve, and eighteen months as well as for 12 full requirements tranches to serve the Small Commercial Class for a term of six months.  The delivery period for all products in this solicitation starts on June 1, 2013.
