ARCHIVED AND NO LONGER RELEVANTMay 29, 2009: Posting: Acceptable Modifications to Pre-Bid Letters of Credit
A document containing approved modifications to the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit is now available on the Supplier Information – Documents page. All modifications to the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit accepted by PECO for the benefit of a single RFP Bidder are available to all RFP Bidders on an optional basis. The acceptable modifications listed are deemed acceptable for both the Full Requirements RFP and the Block Energy RFP.
This document will continue to be updated on a daily basis. A new document will be posted with each update to the Supplier Information – Documents page. The final comprehensive document will be posted to the Web site no later than 6:00 PM on the Part 2 Date of June 9, 2009.
