An RFP Bidder that submitted a successful Part 1 Proposal for PECO’s September 2013 solicitation may submit a Part 2 Proposal. Part 2 Proposals are due by 12PM (noon) Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, September 19, 2013, the “Part 2 Date”. Late Part 2 Proposals will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The Part 2 Form is available on the Supplier Information - Documents page of the website. The complete lists of acceptable modifications to the Pre-Bid and Post-Bid Letters of Credit are also posted to the Supplier Information – Documents page.
