A Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that provides a tool for converting Full Requirements RFP prices into retail rates for residential customers has been posted to the RFP Web site here.
This tool has been prepared by PECO for bidder convenience. Please note that bidders have access to all information needed to reproduce this spreadsheet. Bidders with any concerns over the accuracy of the data or the assumptions used can resolve those concerns by building a similar tool of their own.
