On July 1, 2009, PECO filed an Act 129 Energy Efficiency and Conservation plan with the Pennsylvania PUC, available here.
This $342 million plan will provide programs to help customers save money by reducing energy use by 1.2 billion kilowatt hours by 2013. Also included in the plan is more than $28 million in additional low-income energy efficiency programs.
