Documents for PECO’s Fall 2009 PECO Block Energy and Full Requirements RFPs have been posted to the Supplier Information – Documents page of the PECO procurement Web site.
These documents include updated RFP Rules, new Draft Part 1 & Part 2 Forms, as well as various other appendices. RFP Bidders who did not qualify in the Spring 2009 solicitation use the Standard Part 1 Form while previously qualified RFP Bidders participate in an abbreviated qualification by using the Short Part 1 Form.
Check back on this page as we continue to update documents. The draft Part 1 and Part 2 Forms will be finalized after the completion of the Guaranty process.
