We are holding an Information Session on August 5, 2009 regarding the Fall 2009 solicitation under PECO’s Default Service Program. This Information Session is for prospective bidders of block energy and full-requirements service for the Residential, Small Commercial, and Medium Commercial Classes. Please RSVP.
Topics covered include: the terms of the Supply Master Agreement, the abbreviated qualification process, the comment process for the Letters of Credit, and the schedule for this solicitation.
The schedule for the Information Session is as follows:

The Fall 2009 solicitation is the second solicitation under PECO's Default Service Program. The results of the first solicitation were approved by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission on June 17, 2009.
