PECO Energy Company ("PECO") filed its initial default service procurement plan (as modified by a settlement) with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission ("PaPUC") to purchase electric supply to serve its default service customers.
NERA Economic Consulting ("NERA") is the proposed Independent Evaluator. NERA will be responsible for updating this Web site and responding to questions from prospective suppliers.

The Data Room is now open. The Data Room includes:
- Three years of historical hourly load, peak load and customer count data for residential and commercial customers;
- PJM billing information, PJM de-ration factors, and daily zonal scaling factors;
