In the March 2021 Solicitation, the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit must be submitted as an electronic PDF file by electronic means to pecoprocurement@nera.com. The standard form of the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit includes language to accommodate electronic submission.
Please note that the standard form for March 2021 has changed since the previous solicitation held in September 2020.
Please review the Standard Form attached. You may request modifications from now through February 12, 2021. Requests for modifications must be submitted in Microsoft Word with tracked changes indicating clearly any and all modifications to the standard form. Please send your request via email to pecoprocurement@nera.com.
