If the Spring 2010 solicitation results in supply for at least 4 tranches being procured for the Small Commercial class, and/or at least 7 tranches being procured for the Medium Commercial class, aggregate results, by class, from the Fall 2009 solicitation and the Spring 2010 solicitation will be released subsequent to the Spring 2010 solicitation in accordance with the settlement.
