ARCHIVED AND NO LONGER RELEVANTSeptember 22, 2021: PECO RFP – REMINDER: Part 2 Proposals Due TOMORROW, September 23 at Noon! Bid Submission Training Today
An RFP Bidder that submitted a successful Part 1 Proposal for PECO’s September 2021 Solicitation under DSP V may submit a Part 2 Proposal. All Part 2 Proposals must be received by the Independent Evaluator by 12PM (noon) EPT TOMORROW, September 23, 2021, the “Part 2 Date”. The Part 2 Form is available to be completed online. In addition to completing the form, the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit must be submitted as an electronic PDF file via electronic means to the Independent Evaluator at PECOProcurement@nera.com.
Additionally, a training session for the September 2021 Solicitation under PECO’s DSP V is scheduled for today, Wednesday, September 22, 2021 from 1 PM to 3 PM EPT. During the session you will be able to practice all aspects of the bid submission procedure that you will use on the Bid Date, September 28, 2021.
Please consult the Bid Form Guide and please have on hand the Bid Form and Confidential Information for Bidder Training during the training session. These materials were provided to you on Thursday, September 16, 2021 in your Part 1 Notification. Please contact the Independent Evaluator to schedule a new date and time for training if you are unavailable to participate on September 22 from 1 PM to 3 PM EPT.
