Documents for PECO’s Spring 2011 Block Energy and Full Requirements RFPs have been posted to the Supplier Information – Documents page of the PECO procurement website.
These documents include updated RFP Rules to reflect new products available in this solicitation, Part 1 and Part 2 Forms, and various other appendices. Acceptable Modifications to the Standard Form of Guaranty have been posted for the Spring 2011 RFP.
Previously qualified RFP Bidders may participate in an abbreviated qualification process by using the Short Part 1 Form, while RFP Bidders who have not previously qualified must use the Standard Part 1 Form. Part 1 Proposals are due April 12, 2011.
A Bidder Information Webcast was held on March 18, 2011 and the presentation is now available on the website.
