ARCHIVED AND NO LONGER RELEVANTApril 16, 2009: 2009 PECO Procurement Plan approved by PaPUC
On April 16, 2009, the Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission ("PaPUC") approved PECO Energy Company ("PECO")'s Default Service procurement plan. This plan provides for the procurement of resources required by PECO to serve default service customers (i.e., customers who do not take service from an Electric Generation Supplier), beginning in 2011. PECO will purchase full requirements products and energy blocks for its Default Service Program.
An information session will be held on May 5, 2009 in Philadelphia. Registration is required.
