Documents for PECO’s Fall 2011 Block Energy and Full Requirements RFPs have been posted to the Supplier Information – Documents page of the PECO procurement website.
These documents include updated RFP Rules to reflect new products available in this solicitation, Part 1 and Part 2 Forms, and various other appendices. Acceptable Modifications to the Standard Form of Guaranty have been posted for the Fall 2011 RFP.
As stated in section I.2.3 of the Block Energy RFP Rules, please note that at this time, PECO has provisionally determined that the block sizes are outside the stated deadband, and has updated the procurement quantities based on the new block energy sizes as listed in Table I-3 of the Block Energy RFP Rules. These revisions are provisional at this time and PECO reserves the right to update the procurement quantities at a later date.
Previously qualified RFP Bidders may participate in an abbreviated qualification process by using the Short Part 1 Form, while RFP Bidders who have not previously qualified must use the Standard Part 1 Form. Part 1 Proposals are due August 30, 2011.
