September 12, 2017: PECO RFP: RFP Bidders Impacted by Hurricane Harvey or Hurricane Irma

RFP Bidders that have had operations disrupted by Hurricane Harvey or Hurricane Irma and that, for this reason, are unable to provide Part 1 Inserts signed by their officer by the Part 1 Date may request additional time to complete this requirement from the Independent Evaluator. 

Such RFP Bidder: (i) must submit the online Part 1 Form by the deadline of 12 PM (noon) Eastern Prevailing Time today; and (ii) must submit a request for more time to complete the Part 1 Inserts to the Independent Evaluator at Pecoprocurement@nera.com explaining why the RFP Bidder is unable to complete this requirement within the usual deficiency cure deadlines.
