The bid submission window for the September 2017 Solicitation under PECO’s DSP IV opens tomorrow, Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at 10AM and closes at 12PM (noon) EPT. All Bids must be submitted by the noon deadline to be considered.
Materials essential for the submission of your bids, including your Bid Form, login information and a security code, were provided to you electronically with your Part 1 Notification on September 14, 2017. You must use the confidential information (with the orange border) to submit your Bid Form. Please check that you have these materials available for the submission of bids. If these materials have been misplaced or if the security of this information has been compromised, please contact us IMMEDIATELY so that we may re-issue this information in advance of the bid window.
Important! Any Bid on any product submitted for this solicitation is binding until six (6) business days after the Bid Date. Once your Bid Form has been submitted, either by the electronic transfer system or one of the backup methods, the exclusive way to change your Bid is to supersede it by submitting another Bid Form. As stated in Paragraph VII.2.6 of the RFP Rules, the last Bid Form submitted in accordance with all requirements of the Bid Form and of Article VI automatically supersedes all previously submitted Bid Form(s). A Bid Form that has been deleted and not superseded, may be evaluated.
