The bid submission window for the March 2018 Solicitation under PECO’s DSP IV opens today, Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at 10AM and closes at 12PM (noon) EPT. All Bids must be submitted by the noon deadline to be considered. You must log in to the new secure file website using the REVISED confidential information (with a purple border) issued on March 9, 2018.
Please check that you have the necessary materials to submit your Bid. In addition to the REVISED confidential information that provides login information and security code needed to submit you Bids, your Bid Form was provided to you electronically with your Part 1 Notification on March 1, 2018. If these materials have been misplaced or if the security of this information has been compromised, please contact us IMMEDIATELY so that we may re-issue this information in advance of the bid submission window.
Important! Any Bid on any product submitted for this solicitation is binding until six (6) business days after the Bid Date. Once your Bid Form has been submitted, either by the electronic transfer system or one of the backup methods, the exclusive way to change your Bid is to supersede it by submitting another Bid Form. As stated in Paragraph VII.2.6 of the RFP Rules, the last Bid Form submitted in accordance with all requirements of the Bid Form and of Article VI automatically supersedes all previously submitted Bid Form(s). A Bid Form that has been deleted and not superseded, may be evaluated.
