A training session for the March 2019 Solicitation is scheduled for Monday, March 4, 2019 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM EPT. During the session you will be able to practice all aspects of the bid submission procedure that you will use on the Bid Date, March 12, 2019.
Due to potential weather storms through Monday, the Independent Evaluator may postpone the Bid Submission Training. The Independent Evaluator expects that the rescheduled training, if needed, would be Wednesday morning, March 6, 2019. The Independent Evaluator will send a follow-up announcement on Monday morning to confirm the date and time of the training.
Prior to the training session, please consult the Bid Form Guide and please have on hand the Bid Form and Confidential Information for Bidder Training. These materials were provided to you on Thursday, February 28, 2019 in your Part 1 Notification.
