ARCHIVED AND NO LONGER RELEVANTAugust 20, 2020: NEW Pre-Bid Letter of Credit; INVITATION to Comment
In response to emergency measures in place due to COVID-19, the Independent Evaluator has changed the submission method for the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit. For the upcoming September 2020 solicitation, the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit must be submitted via electronic means rather than delivered in hard copy to the Independent Evaluator’s office. The standard form of the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit has been amended to accommodate electronic submission.
Please review the new Standard Form. You may request modifications from now through September 15, 2020. Requests for modifications must be submitted in Microsoft Word with tracked changes indicating clearly any and all modifications to the standard form.
